RYTECH Consulting Inc. ("RYTECH") follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Québec residents, Law 25.
What we collect
- Contact forms and tickets: your name, company, email, phone and message.
- Chat assistant: the messages you send, processed on servers RYTECH controls to generate a reply. Conversations are kept only if you open a ticket.
- Security snapshot: the domain you submit and the check results. For an authorized scan, your contact details and signed authorization (timestamp, IP address).
- Technical data: IP address and browser data, used for security and abuse prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use it
Only to respond to you, deliver our services, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Support requests are recorded in our professional services system (Datto Autotask).
